Personal Experience With Wine
This is my start into the journey of wine. My name is Daniel and I have absolutely no experience with wine except for some sips here and there up to this point in my life. The few times I have tried it made me never want to drink it again. However, I am hoping that my palette has changed and that as I have grown to appreciate other things that I can grow to enjoy wine. This class has always been a class I wanted to take but have put off as I was just trying to get my core credits to graduate. Now I am in my last semester as a senior and have no more excuses to delay it any longer, so here I am. I originally heard about the course when Professor Boyer came into my marketing class advertising both his class and the Blacksburg Wine Lab. I first passed him off as a pretentious and snobby guy, because of my view on wine. Just viewing the few videos and lectures from this class so far has changed my mind.
